Book Review: Hot Lap by Leslie Scott

Book 2 of Arkadia Fast Review This book reminded me a lot of Fast and the Furious but with a few slight twists. The only thing I didn’t like was I wanted to know more about the horrific accident that Hadley was in including why she’s unable to have children. Why didn’t Aiden or anyContinue reading “Book Review: Hot Lap by Leslie Scott”

BOOK REVIEW: Can’t Text This by Teagan Hunter

I didn’t realize that there are two other books that follow the character in the book. Only one scene did I feel like there might be more to this book or other books that will help me understand these characters better. I will be getting the two books before this: Let’s Get Textual and I Wanna Text You Up.

That is when she realized that she lives for other people and says “yes” to everything. All of this conformity has come at a cost–a loss of her identity. Monty moves in with her twin sister. She decides that her “yes life” is over. She’s going to take more chances, do more things. That’s how she ended up at a bar with her sister, Denny. Oh, and making out in said bar with a gorgeous tatted up stud in the women’s restroom. Both things she would have NEVER done before. Oh, how his hands, and mouth feels on her skin. The knock on the door brings her to her senses–literally.

Campbell is a former teen heartthrob and rock star. Now, he’s a single father who moonlights with a small band and teaches private music lessons.

One night at The Grouchy Owl, he spots a brilliant, gorgeous woman that he just can’t resist. So, he doesn’t. It turns into a one night stand that Campbell never wants to end. He would love nothing more than to explore an actual relationship with Mackenzie. Too bad his next music lesson is her son! Oops 😦

Book Review: Ryan by Giulia Logomarsino

Book 7–For the Love of a Good Woman Series. The final installment in this series completely wrecked me. It took me awhile to come to grips with the ending. I’m not going to give any spoilers, but it doesn’t have a happily ever after ending that most romance novels have. Ryan has been craving whatContinue reading “Book Review: Ryan by Giulia Logomarsino”
